In short

You own your book and your season. Koe makes one season — typically 18 to 24 episodes, about 30 minutes — for $499, paid now and not refundable. You approve the cast before anything is made and every episode before it publishes. On Koe you keep 80% of every pass. If the season earns money anywhere else, Koe keeps 10% of it, nothing on the first $1,000 a year, and you can buy that out after a year at a formula fixed in the Author Terms. Your manuscript is never used to train anything. The episodes are AI-generated video. The season stays on your Koe storefront for at least a year.

Worked example. 300 passes on Koe at $4.99 → about $1,365 after card fees → $1,092 to you. A platform later licenses the season for $50,000 through your own agent → $38,250 to you, $4,250 to Koe. Electronic signatures are valid.
