Your novel is a
season waiting to happen.

Paste your manuscript. Koe casts your characters, cuts the episodes, and holds the same faces from Episode 1 to Episode 20. You approve everything. You own everything.

You already know how to do this.

It works the way covers and audiobooks already work: you brief, you judge, you approve. The production is our job.

  1. 1

    Paste your manuscript.

Chapters in, episodes out. No storyboards, no video skills, no prompts to learn.

  2. 2

    Approve your cast.

Koe reads your book and casts it — portraits for each character. Pick your favorites; fix anything by talking: "her hair is copper, she’s softer than this."

  3. 3

    Review your episodes.

Ninety-second episodes, numbered, cliffhanger-cut. Tap any scene and say what’s wrong. Nothing goes public until you say so.

  4. 4

    Publish to your own audience.

Post free episodes to your TikTok, newsletter, or site — they link straight back to your books. And soon: put a season pass on your show page and earn from episode 4 on.

Arithmetic, not a promise: if 300 readers unlock your season, that’s ~$1,200 to you — on a season that cost less than most covers. Every audience is different: most seasons will earn modestly, some will earn a lot, and we publish real numbers from real authors as they happen — never projections.

Read this part twice.

  • You own the show, the characters, the scripts — forever. Koe takes no rights and no exclusivity.

  • Your manuscript never trains AI models. It’s processed to make your episodes. That’s it.

  • Pen names welcome. No face, no footage of you, no legal name on the page.

  • You approve every frame before anyone sees it. If you hate it, nobody ever knows it existed.

  • Post your episodes anywhere. Your channels are the point — we’d be insane to restrict them.

  • The steam stays in your book. Seasons play by TikTok/ReelShort rules: all the tension, none of the explicit — and the series sends readers to where the heat lives.

The series works for the books.

Free episodes are discovery content aimed at your existing readers and their feeds. The show page links to your books, your newsletter, your store. The book stays the primary asset — the season is a second body for the same story, the way your audiobook is. New format. Same fans. More of them.

Ten authors.
First seats.

What you get:
a 3-episode pilot arc of your book, produced free (normally $199), with the founder personally running production.
What we ask:
if you like it, publish it to your own audience within 7 days, and let us tell the story with real numbers.
What you keep:
everything.

You own everything — the show, the characters, the IP. Requesting a seat commits you to nothing.
