Hello, I created a video (Below the Stone): all the scenes have been rendered, and the timeline is complete. However, the video is 3 minutes and 54 seconds long, but when I export and download it, I only get a video that’s 2 minutes and 23 seconds long—there seems to be a bug in block 9A. I’ve already tried several web browsers; recreated a new video and imported the rendered scenes, but I’m still having the same problem. Creating a new video would cost me too many credits. Could you please identify this bug and fix it? Other than that, the platform shows promise, but this kind of bug, credits that run out very quickly, and an interface that isn’t always very clear somewhat spoil the user experience.
