So I'm in the middle of creating my first video, and I paid to get more credits so I could finish what I started. I bought more than I needed, but didn't get all applied, apparently. Then I paid attention and did it again. I had 285, needed 180 or so more, so I got 200 more. Only 10 got applied to my account. What is happening? Why did they not apply correctly to my account? This has got me so mad that I'm ready to say eff it and cut my losses unless I can get a resolution to it.
