So I am having some severe issues with Koe AI and having it animate a scene for me using a specific motion prompt that I wrote. It's been working (almost mostly) fine all week long up until today, with the exception of having to create new project files for scenes that won't animate in a separate project file which I've had to do 3 times so far now. And, in this particular scene that I want to animate, I keep pasting my new specific motion prompt in the bottom field (as I always do), and now Koe AI is giving me error messages like "Scene 2 is still generating, so I can't apply a new render request to it yet. Once it finishes, send the revised note again and I'll use that version". And the thing is, my Scene 2 is not generating or rendering anything related to animating from a motion prompt. It's literally doing nothing at all but sitting there stationary. So I don't understand why I keep getting this message stating my scene is generating when it's doing nothing at all. And the thing that really makes me the most mad about it is that Koe AI keeps charging me 100 credits every time I try to use a new motion prompt to animate my scene but then nothing happens whatsoever, except for me getting these ridiculous error messages for no reason. I've had to spend $180 over the last two days just to keep up with being able to animate my scenes because Koe AI has had so many issues in the past few days (where I have to literally build new projects just to repair scenes that won't animate in another project) that I'm beyond frustrated of these technical issues that make no sense while I keep getting charged money/credits for something that is obviously a Koe AI program issue because I know for a fact at this point it's not user end on my end. I've created enough scenes with Koe AI now to know that to be true. Is anyone else having these kind of issues at all that have no explanation as to why they're happening???? PLEASE HELP. I NEED SOMEONE'S HELP. THANK YOU!
